For Firming Arms And Legs
Stand with your right foot about six inches in front of the left. Rise up slowly on the flat of your toes.
Keep your shoulders down, elbows flexed, hand and fingers pointed straight up and palms facing each other.
Raise both your arms above your head.
Holding this position, walk ten to twelve steps forward on the flat of your toes
Relax and then repeat.
FOR UPPER ARMS
With your fists clenched, hold your arms straight out in front of you.

Exercise for Slimmer and Firmer Hips
Cycling is one of the best exercises for slimming and firming hip muscles. Walking a mile a day also helps to firm and tone the muscles of the hips.
1) Lie on the floor on your back. Hold your arms spread out on either side on level with your shoulders.
Raise your left leg slowly until it is at right angles to the body.
Without straining yourself, swing the left leg as slowly as possible to a comfortable position close to your right hand. Hold the position for a moment.
Return the left leg to the upright position slowly before lowering it to the floor.

Exercises for Feet and Ankles
While supporting your body on your palms and the soles of your feet with one knee bend as shown in diagram 30, move up and down gently. Switch legs and continue to move up and down, increasing speed as you do.
